ProNet Automation Delivers Speed, Accuracy and High Throughput Capability

- The 65 step ProNet process uses LIMS automated robotic liquid handling and media preparation to ensure a high level of quality control throughout the Yeast Two-Hybrid search. Bar-coded plates enable our LIMS sample tracking and allows for verification of sample integrity at several points during the process.
- The Two-Hybrid Screen itself is only part of the equation. Bait construction and verification make up over half the steps in our process, with multiple checks to ensure the correct cloning and expression from our constructs. A rigorous series of gene identification and confirmation steps eliminate most false positives, leaving bonafide Yeast Two-Hybrid interactions. It is this attention to detail that engenders high-throughput accuracy and separates the ProNet system from other Y2H search systems.
- The ProNet system also allows for industrial scale Y2H search throughput. We can initiate > 100 new searches per week and can get data to your research operation within 3 months. Our automated process is highly scalable, so whether you require whole proteome searches or that of a single protein, ProNet can deliver interaction data ranging from entire biological networks to single protein-protein binding.
